Managing Partner

Mr. Sanger is a Founder and Managing Partner of Siltstone Capital. Prior to founding Siltstone, Mr. Sanger worked for nine years at Riverstone Holdings (“Riverstone”), a premier energy and power-focused private equity firm. At Riverstone, Mr. Sanger served on the Boards of Directors of seven energy companies spanning the sub-sectors of Exploration & Production (“E&P”), Energy Services, Midstream, Power, and Renewables.

Robert Le

Managing Partner

Mr. Le is a Founder and Managing Partner of Siltstone Capital. Prior to founding Siltstone, Mr. Le was a Portfolio Manager at an investment platform of Millennium Partners, a hedge fund located in New York. Mr. Le managed a portfolio of public investments in the energy sector. Before Millennium, Mr. Le helped launch the E&P strategy at Zimmer Lucas Partners (“ZLP”), a Utility and Master Limited Partnership (“MLP”) focused hedge fund. During his tenure, the E&P portfolio became the top performing strategy

Prasant Gondipalli







Managing Partner

Prasant Gondipalli is a Managing Partner at Siltstone Capital with over 20 years of operational and financial leadership experience across private equity and consulting. Before joining Siltstone, Mr. Gondipalli spent a decade as an operational executive within Platinum Equity portfolio companies, where he held senior leadership positions including Interim CEO, CFO, SVP of Transformation, and Corporate Controller. He also served as SVP of Portfolio Operations at Platinum, leading investment thesis execution for new acquisitions.

Kory Li







Principal

Mr. Li was an Associate Director at UBS Investment Bank covering both traditional energy and the broader energy transition. While at UBS, he accumulated over $3 billion worth of transaction experience ranging from SPAC/deSPACs, private capital raises, and strategic M&A. Mr. Li was instrumental in the launch and buildout of the Houston based energy transition coverage team, covering the battery  value chain, renewable fuels, and utility-scale wind and solar.

Alisha Anderson






Chief Financial Officer

Alisha Anderson is a mission-driven finance and operations leader. Most recently, she served as Senior Director of Strategy and Finance at Pineapple Energy, leading M&A, fundraising, and financial planning and analysis functions. She previously spent five years at Avascent, a strategy and management consulting firm serving clients operating in government-driven markets. She also brings experience in early-stage impact investing (e.g., Stanford GSB Impact Fund, Knife Capital) and nonprofit work (e.g., strategy fellow at San Francisco Goodwill).

Kip Myrick





President Legacy Power

Frederick “Kip” Myrick has been instrumental in building Legacy Power into a powerhouse within the U.S. commercial solar sector. Kip’s journey started at the Peck Electric Company in 1988 as a Journeyman Electrician. His expertise quickly elevated him through the ranks—becoming a Foreman in 1993, where he managed industrial projects for IBM, and later taking on roles as General Foreman and Superintendent. By 2005, Kip advanced to Project Manager, and his contributions and leadership led him to become a major shareholder and Vice President in 2006.

Jack Comeau

Founder, Liberty Electric

Jack Comeau is the President and Founder of Liberty Electric and has guided the company through many years of growth and change. He works closely with clients, project teams, and partners to make sure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. Jack’s experience covers a wide range of electrical contracting work, including design-build and bid-per-plan projects. His focus is on building strong relationships and maintaining Liberty’s long-standing reputation for quality service.

Advisor

Karim Hemani has over 15 years of experience in finance, accounting, and corporate development. He began his career in investment banking, primarily at Citigroup in Chicago and Houston. He then joined Memorial Resource Development (MRD) and Memorial Production Partners LP (MEMP), where he led M&A and capital markets initiatives, including MRD’s IPO and subsequent sale to Range Resources. Karim later joined Tellurian, overseeing FP&A and corporate development focused on the E&P division.
